Our Welding Experience

Stick Welding
A stick weld or shielded metal arc is the oldest type of welding machine used in the industrial field which combines joints of aluminum, steel, and other thick metals.

It uses fil
ler metal on and flux coating that creates a gas which displaces the oxygen so your molten metal stays safe from outside contaminants. This type of welding is best suited for outdoor or windy conditions and on older and rusted metals.

Welders typically use the following types of metals for Stick welding:
  • Steel
  • Stainless Steel
  • Cast Iron
Mig Welding
Standing for metal inert gas. In this process, the mig welder creates a current through the torch that is not equipped with a shielding gas agent. Metal inert gas welding is primarily used for thin gauge metal like sheet metal, smaller tubing, and aluminum vents or installation.

The following metals are most commonly used in MIG welding:
  • Steel
  • Stainless Steel
  • Aluminum alloys
TIG Welding
TIG Welding also know as tungsten arc welding is similar to mig welding but uses a tungsten electrode to heat metals with an arc.  This type of fusing process is used for more detailed projects that don't require heavy combinations of different metals.
Because tig welding produceds the highest quality and most precise welds, it deals with lighter and finer alloys such as:
  • Steel
  • Stainless Steel
  • Aluminum alloys
  • Chromoly
  • Copper
  • Brass
  • Exotic metals (Magnesium, Titanium)
